Clearing debts

Having retired from the NHS, Miss Knight was looking forward to a financially problem free future. Unfortunately, things didn't work out.
With an 'interest only' mortgage and a bank loan to pay, she was struggling and contacted Home & Capital to see what her options were.
The result was a partial home reversion plan that cleared her debts. This also left sufficient funds to enable her to redecorate her house and have a holiday, with money left over for emergencies.
