Bridgefast Property Services
We are a specialist property sales management and funding company. We are dedicated to the needs of retired homeowners who either need to sell their home to move into residential care or who want to move to a new home that better suits their needs and lifestyle in retirement.
As we all know, the sale of a property can be a daunting and stressful process at the best of times. But this can obviously be even more so if the property is being sold to help support a move into care, or if the family live a long way away, or are leading too busy lives to be able to take full control of the process and all that it involves themselves.
The facility to be able to provide funds before the property is sold is an essential feature of our service for many of our clients. It is often a real source of comfort to our clients and their families to know that funds can be released to pay for care fees on a monthly basis or as a lump sum to pay for a care fees plan. It can also be used to secure your new home, if required.
We treat every client as an individual by appointing a Personal Adviser to look after every aspect of the sale and move. We do not operate from an anonymous call centre. We discuss every aspect of the process in detail with our clients, making sure the client retains full control over the sale but secure in the knowledge that their home will be safeguarded and the full value realised in a professional manner.
